1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering and using Apex Academia at apexacademia.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform. These terms apply to all users including school owners, administrators, and staff.

2. Service Description

Apex Academia is a cloud-based School Management System (SaaS) that provides digital tools for managing students, staff, attendance, fees, exam results, timetables, and automated exam paper generation. The service is delivered entirely online via our web platform.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration including your school's EMIS code (government schools) or PSRA registration number (private schools).
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Account activation is subject to verification of your school's registration details.
  • One subscription covers one school institution.

4. Subscription & Payment

  • A 14-day free trial is available to all new registrations.
  • After the trial, a paid subscription (Basic or Premium) is required to continue using the platform.
  • Subscriptions are billed annually and are valid for one year from the date of payment.
  • Payments are processed securely through PayFast Pakistan.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Share your account credentials with other schools or institutions
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate the platform
  • Upload false student or school data
  • Interfere with platform security or other users' accounts

6. Data Ownership

All student and school data entered into Apex Academia remains the property of your institution. We act only as a data processor. Upon cancellation, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.

7. Service Availability

We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for losses caused by temporary service unavailability.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, provide false registration information, or fail to renew their subscription. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

9. Limitation of Liability

Apex Academia / Apex Academia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 3 months.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
